It’s what we all want, right? To be unique enough to stand out from the crowd, but not to be so unique that it’s unrecognizable?
What an interesting conundrum ^_^
During the entire month of April, I’m participating in the A to Z Blogging Challenge. The alphabet will be my motivation, though the content of the posts will be very similar to what regular readers are used to. Check out the link for more amazing bloggers, and enjoy April!
Or as we used to say growing up, “I want to be my OWN PERSON! Like ALL MY FRIENDS!!!”
Ah, teenagers.
Interesting way of looking at uniqueness. I think it’s just something that happens when we embrace who we were each made to be . . .
I can claim to truly being unique. If you Google my name, I’m the only one that comes up in the results. Awesome!
It’s an interesting balance, isn’t it?
It is quite a conundrum. So much so that it can be very frustrating sometimes. We’re left to figure it out on our own. *sigh*
Good word for today. It is an odd thing when we really think about it. Yet we also shun others that seem too different. hmmm For some reason a lot of topics lately makes me think about the self versus other concept I used to research for debate.
Breanna’s a riot!
I wouldn’t mind being a conundrum, but I have a feeling I still wouldn’t be unique. 😛
The older I get, the more I realize how people are really so unique. As a child, they really did not express themselves and their uniqueness as much. I never spoke hardly at all!Stopping by from A to Z
